Well I have been wondering for the longest time. But is it possible to make a global script (hidden quest to player), that runs on the (re)spawning of containers -also npcs- around the world (and so to modify those)?
So not a script that is attached to each inventory, and a script that will not run on adding of already existing items to a container. Just when spawning, to "tag in" on the spawn algorithm provided by linked lists and add some extra power to those? Using OBSE/whatever tools possible would be good for me.
