Cyrodiil Lore mods

Post » Tue Aug 04, 2015 2:42 am

I'm fairly new to the oblivion modding scene so please forgive me if there are obvious answers to these questions. Are there any mods that make oblivion more similar to the way it was described in lore? Or are there any mods that make oblivion seem more alien and bazaar like morrowind was? I've been able to find a few mods like "most is endless jungls" but that changed it a bit to much to my liking.

Well there's http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Oblivion (is that alien enough?) and Lore ofhttp://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Cyrodiil, take your pick. :)

I use http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25091/? for dialogue. Most mods follow on the lines drawn by the parameters of the game, haven't seen too many that have been dismissed for "brazenly crossing them."

That dialogue mod... dunno if it's legal, per se. It's largely copying text verbatim from Morrowind and Daggerfall.

Yes, I always thought the quality of dialogue was a touch beyond the reach of a bunch of tinkerers. :P

But Cleitanious did credit that.

Did anyone take issue with that at the time of its release?
