Is there anyplace 'safe" to store loot in the Honest Hearts dlc?? I've got 50 pounds of cave fungus, and LOTS of loot $$ that I can't carry. I want to store it till I finish the dlc, go back to New Vegas, and unload, then come back and pick up a 2nd and 3rd load .

Right near the spot where your caravan gets ambushed at the start of Honest Hearts, there are two or three duffle bags. I always store my stuff in those and have never lost anything. You exit back to the Mojave that way when you finish, so they're really convenient as well.

ETA - the forum search function is completely borked - it's been that way for a long time and still hasn't been fixed.

When you finish the DLC there's a storage locker at the entrance to the cave back to the Mojave. There's another one at the Mojave entrance to the cave.

That footlocker at the entrance back to the Mojave is used to give you some loot when you finish Honest Hearts. I don't know if anything you put in there disappears when that loot is placed in the footlocker (haven't tried it).
