So at the starting of the game I set my carryweight to 1000, really no problems at all until I bring up any ui that has to do with cooking,smithing,enchanting,etc after I do that my carryweight is now -9358.I tried everything, tried adding 9358. But I'm still in the negatives. At this point I just want the carryweight I'm supposed to have cause the difficult part is over

You used a console command and quite often using a console command comes with consequences. Do you have a game save before you added to the carrying weight.
