RP Background:
Marshal is about to encounter there biggest problem yet. A rising slaver group from the West is attacking the town and taking as many people as possible, gangs are in wars on the streets of Marshal and all the Deltas are trying to keep the town safe but soon everybody is going to encounter an even bigger problem that they might not even be able to defend themselves from The Red Giants.
Marshal Background:
In the year 2077 Marshal was a beautiful town filled with colorful and unique people it was said to be the greatest town in the USA. But sadly that all came to an end when the Great War happened, and know two hundred years later many people in Marshal built settlements and made a small police force and hospital they were slowly rebuilding the once great town. And know in the year 2288 Marshal has not been fully rebuilt but there is no more rubble in fact it has all been recycled into new houses and the rest thrown away.
Red Giants:
The Mayor of Marshal was a man named Hank McMahon he had always been interested in science he used to create serums out of different medical supplies and chemicals it had consumed his life. But later on in the year the world went into the worst event of history The Great War it destroyed most of the world and Marshal had few remaining buildings. Hank McMahon had survived the nuclear holocaust but with a side affect he turned Ghoul. One hundred years later Hank was out in Marshal scaving for chemicals when a crate fell from the sky it had ENCLAVE labeled on it. Hank was curious of the contents and busted the crate open it was full of vials of a modified F.E.V. Hank went practically insane when he read a sheet in the crate that told him about the F.E.V. and how it turned people into hideous creatures. Over the next fifty years Hank built a lab and made a machine that the F.E.V. went through and got even more modified he eventually kidnapped people and tested his F.E.V. on them and it turned them into ten feet tall red creatures but there one disability only few have the mental capacity of a normal man the rest are mindless monsters that only listen to Hank.
There are two ways to become a Red Giant.
First way is to be injected with the F.E.V. into the bloodstream.
The Second Way is to be bitten by a Red Giant.
The time it takes to change and symptoms.
Within an hour after you have contracted it by wither way you will start to fell cold and have a fever.
Second Hour you will not be able to move your legs and you will puke repeatedly.
Third hour your skin will start to turn red and this will be extremely painful you will not be able to move and you will bleed from all open places (fingernails, nose, eyes, mouth, ears, down there, toe nails and any cuts or scabs) and muscles will grow rapidly.
In four hours you will be a Red Giant.
Deathcolt Slavers:
The Deathcolt slavers were originally a small group of Mercenary but they retired there days as that and made there own Slaver group named after the Mercenary Group they were originally in a city to the West of Marshal in a settlement called Hells Gate there they slaved all of the people of the town took all there materials and brought it all to Marshal were they built a base right outside of it and know they send slaver groups every know and then to get the people of Marshal but there base is now being attacked by Delta's.
Deathcolt's equipment and motives.
They use a modified Colt 45 ((They are named after the Colt guns)), and special bullets that will render you immovable for five minutes which is enough time for them to slip a collar on your head.
They all wear special armor that is made out of Leather Armor reinforced with Ply Wood and Scrap Metal.
There motives are enslave anyone you see that is not a fellow slaver, kill any escaped slaves they should have never left. If you want to be accepted by them or join them you will have to do something for them and have no weapons out.
Delta's:
The Delta's were the Police force of Marshal they watched over the city and took care of all the trouble makers. They were practically the leaders of Marshal and they made sure it was safe twenty four seven but then a slaver group set up a base over the night and they all trying to slave all the settlers of Marshal they are now at war with each other but both of these factions are unaware of an even greater threat The Red Giants.
Delta equipment and motives.
There standard equipment is Bolt Action Rifles, Pistols and Shotguns.
They were Pre War police outfits when patrolling and combat armor when out in high risk battles.
Delta are friendly to all the citizens of Marshal but if you are a trouble maker or criminal they will not be shy to use violence but there policy is only kill when you cannot subdue.
Gangs:
Main Street Methods (MSM)- The Main Street Methods reside in Main Street they have taken over it and are the main gang in Marshal and are a experienced fighters. There gang colors are black and blue and wear bullet proof vests with there clothes above it. They use any kind of guns. There main enemies are the Pyros.
The Pyros- The Pyros operate out of the Fire House and they are usually responsible for all of the vandalism and arson in Marshal. They are all a bunch of street punks and there main enemies are the Lutero Family. There gangs colors are bright red. They use fire axes, Molotov's, Flamers and SMGs. There enemies are The Pyros and TTT.
Train Track Trekkers- They operate out of the abandoned train yard they live in all of the train carts. There motives are the same as Raiders, Steal, kill and don't give a damn. They are responsible for most murders in the city. They use anything and everything they can. There colors are grey, white. They are at war with The Pyros and are teaming up with the MSM.
Lutero Family - The Lutero family is a an organized Mafia and they are in charge of all the rackets over Marshal and all of the drug dealing around the city. The Deltas are always trying to find out if the Lutero's are involved with anything but they leave no traces. They wear tuxedos and fedoras of multiple colors. There main weapons are Tommy Guns, Magnums and Baseball bats. They are currently at a peace treaty with all the gangs.
Locations
Joe's pizza - A cease fire zone were people can buy food and water.
Piedmont Equipment - This is the place were you can get your things repaired.
IGA - This place is a general store were you can get almost anything.
Super Duper Mart - One of the only places the people of marshal couldn't't fix it's a feral ghoul heaven and there's a man out side who will give you caps for every feral you kill.
The Fire House - The main base of the Pyros.
Train Yard - Main base of the Trekkers
The Town Houses - Were most people live in Marshal.
The Old Suburbs - This is were the Lutero family do most of there business and most of the crimes happen.
The Woods - Some say its haunted but its were the red giants are along with hank their creator.
Town Hall - Were the leader of Marshal lives and does work.
Sheriffs Department - The base of the Deltas.
Hells gate - Base of the Deathcolts.
Streets
Main street - The main area of the MSMs.
Emerald street - No one lives there just a empty loot were some criminals hide from the Deltas.
Old Rock Road - This street is were most people live and do work.
Crest street - The street that leads to the woods.
