I've played through Dishonored about three times now. All three times I've noticed the same thing, yet I can find anything on the Internet that relates to it.

In the mission High Overseer Cambell, when you are given the instructions to assassinate him, you make your way to the High Overseer Office.

Well, in the office (which is more like a giant White House) on the second floor, there's this peculiar bug on the east wing. If you take the elevated route to Cambell, you can see this. If you're on the ledge, outside on the second floor, the first open window on the right side (east wing) will have this odd animation.

It's almost as if there's an electrical line running from one point on the inside of the wall to the bottom of the doorway near that window. It's very strange. I can walk through it, too. I was wondering if anybody else saw this too.
