Well I tried everything I could , but apparently in this new run through. Being in Markarth is consistantly crashing out of the game. I have ran Loot and TesVEdit to make sure there are no instances what so ever. I have even cleaned my save. I have been trying to find things, that might be causing my game to crash.

The most intensive mods I have downloaded lately are the updated Climates of Tamriel, Erso, and perhaps Lanterns of Skyrim. I am also using SPERG on this play through.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using the HD textures DLC? Your video card is not powerful enough, and lacks sufficient VRAM, to run those textures well. Try disabling those if you're using them - be sure to disable the unofficial patch for the HD textures if you're using that as well.

I believe you have way too many mods for your PC to handle.

I would disable most mods and create a new character and then try going to Markarth.

What is with all the jump higher plugins. if they are not enabled delete them from the data folder.

It might be the bodytype and hairstyles the npc might be using. Maybe a NPC is using a hairstyle that is causing the game to crash.

It could also be populated cities. I never used that mod but if it adds more NPC's than that could be causing a strain on your system since you do not have a good pc to use a lot of mods.
