help please... a simple x y z adjustment nifscope AND CK

HI, im newb here, so far 3 weeks of failling...all im asking is how the hell can i saddle the unicorn moldel....
ok theres unicorn and blackunicorn mod versions i put them both in a lil mod with retextuers i made and added normal maps for the blk 1 for myself for fun...
i use horse commands mod. and now it allows me to use the saddlebags for both unicorns to store stuff ...yay,my 1st mod.esp
ok so ...
i been trying to add the nordic saddle aka horsesaddleoutfit to the unicorn model
when i add saddleoutfit in CK dropdown menu ..its too low needs adjustment....and as far as i can tell theres no way to adjust
i made a new saddle.nif file in nifscope that makes the adjustment to the nitrishapes 6.000 up 6.000 towards the nose... is all i need...
i put it back into CK got it in the dropdown menu ...no change...but in mynew.nif the adjustment was saved....
and another 1 where i move all ninodes .....still no good
i tryed making a new race but i got stuck and had to abort. all options seem to point to npc followers ,armor, skills and stuff ...
so i try....
adding the saddle nif to the unicorn nif to make 1 "pre-saddled unicorn nif-nif"!
i adjusted the the saddle in nifscope ...like before no clipping looks good on horse..
OMG! 2 weeks later i end up with the folowing -------------------------
1-the saddle is in "right place" correct looks great!!! no clipping BUT,
it dose`nt move with the horse body ..like its stiiff and it follows the horse when i ride it but
no saddle animation..just horse animation
2-saddle works fine, but its back in wrong place ...too low and clipping bad
3-ctd
4-no visable saddle... it might not be there at all?.,but player seems lil higher than bareback so yeah..
5-no visable horse and saddle...but i can ride it...
oh 1 time a had a thing with eyeballs and 4 leg like things with a long tail it seem like a deformed spider of some kind
real creepy but, i could ride it,and it worked great..lol

what do i need to look for when adding the saddle.nif to the unicorn.nif?
or do i need to do this in CK after all?
can there be more than 1 root at the footer?

i tryed
~the mixing the whole nif..scene root or umm saddle.nif which has the children and trishapes
~just the nitrishapes
~added the bones to children blocks both, saddle.nif root and scene root or just either 1 ..make no differance
~added all nitrishape in 1 root
~delete bones of the same name in same root and with 2 roots
~renamed bones of the same name in same root
~and deleted them too ......

everything i do has same results either i have the saddle...
~ wrong placment (clipping bad) with "working saddle animation"
~ correct placement and no saddle animation
~ nothing or just horse shows in game
~ctd

i know some one out there can do this if i was able to get this far...please somebody HELP!!!!
