Whenever I get an unarmed sneak kill from behind an enemy it always triggers the suplex. Is there any way of getting the choke or neck breaker? You can see them at 0:25 and 0:40 in this video...

I've heard that one of the later patches may have removed or broken them. Would it be possible to mod them back in?
