Language is german and i dont understand a word.I'we read is some site that if i edit so files.See what i found for yourself.Not work on me.

"Go into the GAMES folder, where you game backups are, and ftp into your fallout 3 folder.
/dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLES00739-[Fallout 3]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR <-- This is my directory, just go into your fallout 3 folder, into PS3_GAME then into USRDIR
Then edit FALLOUT_GOTY.INI and click "CTRL + F" and search for language, you will see yours says German or whatever It Is, change It to English, and save. Then delete your Fallout in game data utility then start playing fallout.

FALLOUT - VOICE.BSA
FALLOUT - MENUVOICE.BSA
But you need to also have these files be English in your directory If you expect It to work."

Btw i dont kmow how to edit that .bsa fils.
