Guy Completes Fallout New Vegas Without Healing

Found a nice article regarding New Vegas that I thought I'd share: http://kotaku.com/hero-completes-fallout-new-vegas-run-that-nobody-thoug-1724489815

Some Youtuber by the name of Many A True Nerd went on a Dead is Dead run (referred to as YOLO) in New Vegas without healing once and surviving on a single health bar. But that's not the impressive part, he takes it a step further by going through all of the DLC without healing as well. Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Dead Money, and Lonesome Road. My mind still trying to grasp how he even got through Dead Money without healing at all. Very impressive though, considering how difficult the DLCs are in NV. There is even a funny little visual work of art that shows every single time he took damage and by what.

The article is a nice read and the guy has a video series on his entire journey through New Vegas. Definitely plan on watching it some time.

It's amazing the crazy things people are still doing with Fallout New Vegas. Starting to get me in the mood to do another playthrough. :disguise:

mmm would be a bit tricky in some places but not super hard. Let companions fight for you, high stealth, snipe and sneak kill everything, massive abuse of stealth suits/stealthboys, who knows. Not sure if you call passive healing actual healing, he might have taken perks to let himself autoheal instead of using items, i didn't look at the videos or anything but there are passive healing perks and such that he might have taken.

Hard? sure, but easily doable by a vet player. Also depends on how many saves he did, if reloads are part of his go, and so on.

As long as you're avoiding Deathclaws, then yeah, from my experience on my current build, it'll work; I still use healing items though. If you have High Charisma then it'll work better.
