I'm experiencing bad frame drops in cities, usually below 30 fps.

whats odd is my game is currently completely unmodded, and im running it with a 660ti and amd fx 8120, along with 16gb of ram. I get 60 fps constant outside of cities, but whenever I enter one my frames just tank and I don't know why.

Even weirder is that I didn't have this problem with my old 260, or with my 560 ti either.

On every card I have been using ultra graphics tweaked a bit as suggested by STEP, but I didn't go past the .ini configuration.

I am currently running Windows 10 with the most recent graphics driver as well.

Maybe try an updated graphics driver or maybe going to an older one. With a new OS quite often you have to fiddle with the drivers since sometimes the new ones make the game run worse.

I'll try rolling back to an older one, considering that I'm at the most current driver.

Which would you suggest rolling back to?

Those are the drivers I'm using. Specs: Dual Pentium and GTX 660. 4GB Ram (W10 - 64 bit)

1920x1080 high settings 2xAA. No fps problems in towns or outside.

Its looking like Windows won't let me rollback, when I try to install the driver it says that the system is incompatible and cancels the installation :/

Edit: It appears I downloaded the driver version for windows 8.1, not 10. I fixed the problem and am installing the driver now.

Alright after downgrading I am still having the exact same issue, if I face the market/center of any city my fps tanks to an average of 21, as soon as I face away it goes back up to 60 and stays there. I really don't know why this is happening but its pretty odd.
