navmesh is hell! Can't make navmesh appear on ground

I have spend a couple of days watching tutorials and can now do basic navmesh. Though I despise it.

But I have encountered an issue with the Watchtowers mod and navmesh. They have no navmesh, and npcs wont enter them without it, of course.

Well, after hours trying I got most of the tower done (one of many to go, kill me now) , but there is one spot that will not accep any navmesh at all. Even when i try to stretch an existing triangle over it there seems to be an invisible obstacle or wall that blocks me. I cannot create navmesh there, or move it there, or stretch it there. Please refer to the picture below. The area that canno tbe navmeshed i circled in orange.

help! please....

Cell boundary most likely. You can't extend a navmesh over it you'll have to create or extend a new/other navmesh from the other side and then match up both sides of the mesh, triangle for triangle, and then finalize the navmesh when you're done. if you've done it correctly you'll see a thick green line linking the two where the navmeshes join.

ahhhhhhhhhhh man I thought I was cursed. Ok. Do navemsh have to actually join ofr npcs to follow a path? Can there be a little bit of space? Or like you say they have to be toucing and forming a thicker line?

and a quick side question, I cannot post a SINGLE picture here. I get : sorry but you have posted more images than you are allowed to

Am I doing something wrong? I am uisng bbcode and imageshack.
