Should it be pretty damn op cause ur pretty much hitting with enough force to knock em 20 feet or so away

I see the Thu'um as another magic school. I just wish is what interpreted in game as a school in game instead of a timer gimmick.

As far as some effects being powerful they should be as magic is a powerful force on Nirn.
