I started a new game, nothing unusual. Decided to be a Imperial ex-soldier down on his luck, started him as a beggar and all. But I cannot seem to get the "What do you got for sale" option with the smith and the innkeeper in Solitude. Now I do have loot , but haven't run tes5edit yet. Cause according the loot I dont really need to. But I am not very knowledge about Loot, other than its automatic fuctions too.. So their might be conflict perhaps in the load order of some of my mods. So I though I'd ask some of you more knowledge-able people about this. I'll post my load order.

My first thought is that Immersive speech-craft, which i have been using to beg with is conflicting with something.
