I want skyrim to updated for Xbox even though they haven't worked on it in forever if you agree then comment some ideas

Bethesda has stopped working on Skyrim and are busy working on Fallout 4 and then whatever their next project is after that, likely the next chapter in TES.

So chances of any patch is quite low, likely close to non existent. It would be nice if there was a patch for all platforms but then we will likely have some new bugs and who knows maybe those bugs are worse.

not going to happen, no matter how much you want it.. you could always get the PC version though, and have a virtually endless supply of updated and additional content via mods..
