Elder scrolls Audio Book Idea!

Post » Thu Aug 27, 2015 1:34 pm

so Ive read both the books and I really enjoyed them. However I would really like to see an audio book perhaps with Wes Anderson or the guy who did the voice of the follower in Oblivion.

I would like to throw this idea out there and see what other people think.

Sheogorath reading the story to the viewer would be hilarious honestly, if done right.

Audio books in general are awful. Even when I had an hour commute I couldn't bring myself to listen to even audio versions of the books I was actually reading at the time.

That said, commercially an ES audio book would fail so miserablely no one in that industry would back it.

I don't think it would be a very good idea.. I can't stand Audio books personally, if I am going to read a book i rather do it with the words infront of me..

i usually rather spend my commutes catching up on my various podcasts.. and a "heres an audio book, voiced by one of the games characters" route just sounds extremely gimmicky to me..

thats just my opinion

shoddy cast the guy who does elder scrolls lore series hired the voice of haskil and sheogorath to do a few episodes at one point ( the sheogorath voice actor only did one episode though) it was a very interesting episode.
