Looked all over nexus, and could not find any dwemer weapon retexture, 1k - 4k resolution at all.

Game is ancient and no modder even bothered? I don't care about ports from Morrowind, I like vanilla content only. I think there was some small attempt with low resolution, as a part of larger texture overhaul. But I didn't find that attractive at all.

So if anyone is willing to do one, it would be great!

I only know of http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/797-insanitys-improved-armoury-compilation/, Which has improved textures and normal maps for weapons and armor, including dwemer. They are admittedly mostly enlarged and sharpened vanilla textures, but it's really an improvement - also it preserves the original look. They are 1k, which should be enough for most weapons, unless you have a 4k screen.
