so iam abiut to restart NV the thing is that my Caricter bulds always svck i have got to the border between Califonia and Navada and i am alittel stuck if I take the rode I get spammed by Viper gunners or somthing if i gpot the oter way i get killed by dogs rat's and scorpians. so what am asking is .. can anyone give me some poiners for a good NV build?

Ican do it in skyrim just not in NV help please
