Not sure if this has been asked before, but I got out of a recent playthrough of Dead Money. I manage to jack my luck up enough while there to hit the winning limit at blackjack in the Sierra Madre, so now I have a crapload of pre-War money, since that's the only currency I get from those holograms. So short of traveling to ever merchant in the wasteland, what do you guys usually do with that amount of money?

Buy some of the gun runner's arsenal special weapons, buy the implants from the new Vegas medical clinic, and buy the really expensive implants from the old world blues dlc (you gotta find them first in the big mt before you can buy them).
That should be enough to use up all your money.

Luckily pre war money is weightless, so you can carry around all of it and spend it whenever you want.
