What are your best/worst 1 September memories ?

Rarely do I remember specific dates in my life. Events, but not dates.

One thing I do remember about high school is that girls tend to wear flashy outfits the first week of school before getting informed of dress code.

This is where the British uniform system prevents any real variety. Your capacity for rebellion consisted primarily in how short you could get away with making your tie/skirt.
