I've already built the other two houses in Hearthfire to completion, I began with Windstad Manor, then did Heljarchen Hall, but when I went to Lakeview Manor, I have a miscellaneous quest to Visit my new property, I interact with the drafting table, it updates to Use Drafting Bench to build your new home, I select small house, then go to build it and nothing at all happens. I go through the list, and I check, and nothing is built. It lets me go through all the options clear from small house to main hall, nothing shows it. If I attempt to select a wing it immediately removes my selection and doesn't let me build it. No part of the house is showing up at all.

I've tried finding more info on this bug but not really having much luck, I don't know if it's a mod conflict (I don't have anything that modifies this cell that I am aware of, but I do have lots of mods). The other two houses built fine. I am using the Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.

Could this be a mod conflict bug? Is the quest stage bugged? Is there a way I can use the console to make it work properly? I have a save from right before I interact with the drafting table, so I still have the quest set at Visit your new property. Any ideas would be appreciated.

These are the mods I have installed, not in load order but just what I exported from Mod Organizer. I can disable a few things but I'm about 50+ hours into this playthrough at level 51 and removing certain mods could seriously break my game at this point. If anyone knows of any of these mods known to cause conflicts I'll try to see if I can disable or work-around them. I did read of a similar issue to mine with a mod called "Birds and Flocks", i don't have this mod but I did try to disable Birds of Skyrim and Skybirds Airborne Perching Birds, and had the same result.

I seem to have resolved the issue, it was the "Real Shelter" mod, I disabled it, was able to build the house, and turn it back on afterwards with no issues.
