I've installed the overhaul, gorgeous! Only issue is I still can't toggle sneak, it's checked on the patch options. Any help is appreciated!

Maybe the wrong forum, but to your question: Try installing the newest beta of the MCP. The one included in MGSO is outdated. Make sure you have the latest stable version before.
