Actually that happens because of skyrim does not know windows 10 yet and it could be because you installed it on a beta operating system, it's not fully complete windows 10.

Skyrim works perfectly with W10, as well as the CK.

Fisrt try what Níeh?ggr suggested above. Also turn off your antivirus software before starting the installation.

After take a look here:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-gaming/how-can-i-fix-0xc000007b-error-when-lauching-tes-5/2ab882b3-376e-49bd-a5a3-e4df0f2a3d00?auth=1

and as a bonus: check your HDD for errors with:

http://az623152.vo.msecnd.net/library/images/2904868.png

At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow

http://az623152.vo.msecnd.net/library/images/2881161.png

Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete. The scan results will be shown after this process is finished.

If you see errors that the scan can't fix see this page under: "How to manually replace a corrupted system file with a known good copy of the file"

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

---------

Other things to try: Re-install DirectX runtime components.
