Looking for Mod Recommendations

Hello everyone!

So...a couple months ago I was able to obtain a gaming pc that can handle Skyrim normally quite well. However - I want to embrace the true PC experience for Skyrim and want to add mods to the game. Some I already know I want to use - Take Notes, Undeath, Levitate Revamped, Alternate Start - Live Another Life, Immersive Spells and Light, Pure Waters, possibly Skyrim Uncut (which adds in content that was cut before the game was released) though not sure about it, possibly Wintermyst, Left Hand Rings, and a couple others.

However, I have to ask something - are there any mods you'd recommend for Skyrim in general, or preferrably, to make a Mage rewarding and fun to play as? I plan to make a Nord Necromancer (if the Live Another Life and Undeath mods weren't obvious give-aways for a necromancer ;P), but I could use some advice on what other mods to use to improve magic and gameplay in general - such as improving and balancing the different spells, improving reanimation spells and summons - like increasing the number you can summon or improving the level of NPCs you can reanimate for example, increasing the strength of Destruction spells to make them more reliable, while also balancing such changes.

If you guys could give me recommendations, I'll check them out. Thanks in advance.

I've been using http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8451/? for years. It resemblances magic use and adds a bunch of useful, lore-friendly, new spells.
If you're wanting to take it to a more dramatic level http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16225/? has an insane amount of new stuff to play with.
I always strife for as much equality as possible in my games: NPC's should not be restricted to things and powers I can use. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18436/? is therefor essential in giving NPC's the ability to use the new powers and spells. Very rewarding and challenging mage fights are the result.:)
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36849/? is beautiful and detailed overhaul of the College, making your stay there that much more interesting.

Also, you might want to replace Skyrim Uncut with http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47327/?, it (among many things) restores a whole bunch of cut College content.

ASIS and the Immersive College are definitely going to be used - however, I never heard of Cutting Room Floor until checking this topic now.

It seems pretty interesting - and the fact it adds more NPCs and locations that were cut is always pleasing, although it seems disappointing that (according to the Brodual video on the Nexus page) it doesn't add in the Arena of Windhelm, although maybe there's a mod for something along those lines. But does Cutting Room only add NPCs, dialogue, quests and locations? My reason for mentioning Skyrim Uncut is the fact it adds in spells and items that were supposed to be added in the game, like Sild's Staff and a Invisibility Spell to use on others.

Still, thanks for mentioning Improved Magic and Cutting Room Floor - I'm gonna check out the Improved Magic mod right now. :)

If anyone else has mod suggestions for improving magic and/or combat, as well as perks, I'm all ears. :D
