I love the small details like this. I had come across most of these before, but the caravans as potential wedding guests and the orc chief's runaway wife were new information to me, as was the mystery surrounding Sapphire since I've never done the Thieves Guild.
I'm just as unsure as everyone else about presenting it as fact that Aela and Skjor were lovers though. Their relationship is ambiguous enough that such an assumption can't be definitively disproved, but given Aela's willingness if not complete eagerness to marry the PC after the questline wraps up, I'm skeptical. In that light, Aela's conversation with Njada is actually a bit of ironic humor. Njada assumes she's sneaking around to do something relatively mundane (six) while the truth is actually much more unusual (hunting as a werewolf).
What the video definitely gets wrong about this though, is to speculate that the reason Aela won't accept a cure is to be re-united with Skjor in the afterlife. While her motivations for such a decision are unfortunately not explored too deeply, both her dialogue after the PC's initial transformation and what's written in Kodlak's journal make it clear that she was already adamant about rejecting Sovngarde in favor of the Hunting Grounds while Skjor was still living.
