This will seem odd but i lost progress but left off where i was last?? This is really confusing me as i lost all my built house on it, my weapons but kept my armor, im so confused and it seems like dawnguard progress lost as well, even lost seriana as a compaion?? WTF happened???

Do you have mods? Are you disabling them along the way? Do other saves load with the right progress?

DIfficult to say without more information. Steam cloud includes saves now for SKyrim. You could try making a copy of the current save folder then deleting it.
