I'm on the Xbox 360 Morrowind game and was wondering what is the square of blocks in the lower left corner of the game load screen? eg. "68 blocks".

Edit: it is the old original game for Xbox, not the 360 game.

IIRC, it's the size of your save file.
No idea how much memory a "block" is, but the amount increases the bigger your save file gets.
