Have you tried starting a new game or loading an earlier save?

Have you been making manual saves (Going through the save menu) or just been relying on quicksaves and autosaves?

What are the mods you're using?

Sounds like the save is looking for a missing master file and that you changed something in between saves which is BAD. Don't do this and continue saves, this is bad modding practice.

As DevenTarn says, post your mod load order.

P.S. Your font that you used is actually quite difficult to read.

What does a new game do? Does vanilla start successfully. Disable all your mods. The DLC can stay checked. See what happens.

Mod LOAD order is more helpful.
