Ok, so I've got MO and I've redone my mod loadout for PerMa, I had to remove Immersive Jewelry for the Patchus patch because it would fail everytime and I would add it back in after the patch. Nothing else was really changed except exchanging Frostfall for Campfire.

So now when I start up the game I get the opening splash screen, the ENB text comes up in the top left corner and checks out fine, and then nothing else happens. I dont get music or any of the options for continueing, starting new game, ect. The game does not crash or anything, it just sits there. If I switch to Task Manager it says that Skyim is Running ( so it is not unresponsive). I cant figure out what is causing this.

Don't know if this will help, but the only time I remember this happening to me was when I updated Wyrmstooth and didn't rebuilt my ASIS patch, IIRC the Wyrmstooth update had changed some of the NPCs and it broke the ASIS esp.

Hmm, I had the same thing happen to me a few times when I rebuilt my game on MO. The first time it turned out to be a problem with a parallax patch which I ended up removing since the fix was minor, another time it was a problem with Civil War Overhaul overwriting a script from another mod, and the other times being a problem with a texture/mesh replacer mod conflicting with another texture/mesh replacer.

The only other thing I can think of is that you have another mod installed which also installed options/patches for Frostfall.
