I'm not getting music in the game any more; it just stopped. I especially like the music that plays when I'm wandering the wasteland -- it's very plaintive and appropriate to the scenery. Is there a way I can get it back, other than starting a new game?

go to options turn all sounds off save turn system off reload save turn everythign back on save and if taht doesnt fix it :/ i dont know save and turn system off again ?

Thanks, I'll try it. I should have noted that all sound effects and voices are still coming through loud and clear. And I checked the settings and the music slider is still where I had it.
