I have not use Skyproc patchers before, so I am not sure exactly how they work.

If I want to use Wintermyst with Requiem. Requim also comes with reqtificator (Requim's version of the Skyproc patcher).

Should I use run the Wintermyst Skyproc patcher, and then run the Requiem reqtificator?

Or should I skip the Wintermist Skyproc patcher and just use the Requiem reqtificator?
