I uninstalled EVERY eyes mod I used, and the bizarre thing is, this npc has COMPLETELY vanilla eyes, the NPC in question is a vampire Khajiit... Yet even starting a new game with nothing but the mod that adds said NPC, the NPC still has those glitched out eyes, yet all the other Khajiit, including Khajiit vampires still have their eyes. And yes, I did the CTRL F4 thing I knew about that for a while.

I searched everywhere and can't seem to find any solution to this problem, can someone please try to give me advice on how to fix this NPCs eyes?

there's addon slots in, uh, one of the actor's facegen related tabs (last tab iirc), maybe you added stg there or in one of the facegen dropdowns by accident...?

Actually I discovered what happened...

I was doing an experimental mod to make a Khajiit Vampirelord... And one of the textures/meshes it used had the same name as the Khajiit eye did... And I think that somehow effected some khajiits in game, but since I deleted that folder the eye problem went away.
