but i really need help!!! in the character creation menu I was asked a lot of questions.but the problem is,I can't scroll down the question and forced to use the manual way(this problem also occurred during some conversation).please tell me how to scroll down/up the dialog bar or whatever it is called, please???

Arrow keys, if I remember correctly?

I found a way to scroll down\up during the "test" but still doesn't know how to scroll down the text when there is a cutscene.any help???
PS:the arrow thing didn't work

Click on the top or bottom of the scroll, where it curls up.
