I keep thinking I'll build a Firebat type character at some point, but then I keep asking myself, what is this weapon type best used against?

Lasers tend to ignore a certain # of DT so they tend to be better against medium armored foes.

Sniper rifles, both energy and kinetic, are best for long range, high damage numbers against tough enemies or those with high armor.

Gatling guns, both types, are good against high health single targets or low health multiple targets.

But flamer weapons? Not really sure honestly. Anyone know any better?
