Which mod is spraying blood on my screen?

Post » Tue Sep 29, 2015 4:25 am

apologies, as I should have my load order up here, but I'm at work so I won't be able to get to it until later. Still, maybe someone knows the answer. If not, I'll update later.

Basically, some mod I installed causes blood to be sprayed on the "camera" whenever I get hurt (and possibly when I hurt others). One hit results in an acceptable amount of blood. Multiple hits quickly spray so much blood on the screen that it becomes difficult to see. It's starting to make my playtime frustrating, so I'd like to remove it.

I've ruled out "Enhanced Blood" and "Bloody Facials". "Hunterborn" field dressing does splatter the screen with blood, so it could be that, but there is no option to turn it off in configuration, and uninstalling and reinstalling Hunterborn had no effect. Any help would be appreciated!

without a load order is it is just guessing, but I bet it will turns out that it is a COMBINATION of several mods that is making this a "problem". Each mod putting a little blood on the screen. Individually it would not be a problem but several doing the same thing and at different cycles of time your monitor ends up swinging in blood.

Pretty sure there's blood in the default game, too.

There is, but in default the blood decals are rather unobtrusive.

After digging around, I've found that Enhanced Blood Textures has an optional secondary mod that disabled screen splatter. I'll probably install that when I get home and see how it all pans out.
