Wanted to order a gift for a friend and did it like several weeks ago, almost a month, and haven't heard anything. Fired off an email to support and still haven't heard anything back. What kind of ticks me off is the fact my CC already got charged for the order. If the print I ordered can get shipped out to me before next Tuesday, that'll be fine. Otherwise, I'm one PO'd person who's never ordering a single thing from that store again.
