Daggerfall install problems

I followed the stickied guide, but everytime I try to install it says there isn't enough disk space(even for the minimum requirments). Any way to fix this?

Increase the freesize amount to 800 or 1000

when i tried downloading the demo i got a window called WinZip. what the heck is it and how do i play the demo i downloaded?
