Im using extra enchant and lookin for some stuff also do enchants stack? Like if I did lock picking on 4 items there percentages would add up?

Random item. I use the water breathing enchantment to work my enchantment skill up.

When I get ready to work on my enchanting, I just visit EVERY merchant I come across. Smiths and General Goods Merchants have a chance for this kind of item. I have found a piece or two as loot, but this is rare in my games.
