With vsync turned on, almost every time I target something in vats, the game freezes for a second or two before the hit parts and percentages appear, as if it takes a moment for the game to perform the calculations. This is a little annoying. This doesn't happen when vsync is off, but I hate visual tearing and having the game run way too fast. It also happens less when I target non-hostiles or I target things from a distance. This is definitely not a case of too much stress on the hardware.
