Anything with Conjuration and/or Illusion. And those are the skills that require the least effort to raise as well.

1h, block (shield), heavy armor ,archery, smithing and restoration,

Dawnguard play through. Restoration lvls slow, but once up there...

Dawnbreaker & spellbreaker. Silver sword until Dawnbreaker can be gotten. Get all the special bolts for the crossbow.

That character at lvl 30 walked through most things with no issue....by 48 she was almost unstoppable... had I played her longer... I'm sure she would only have gotten stronger if I added another school... she did some conjuration, but only to get Arvak.

I have to agree with Seidmann. My most OP character was a mage... primarily an illusionist with a high conjuration skill. The reality is that she had three areas of skill that approached 100. Illusion, conjuration, and sneak (with a 50 minor in archery).
