Alright, so this has been happening since i re-installed Fallout 3 yesterday, i went into the game, no crashes nothing. But when i saw the first cutscene of the game, it was so fast that the enter your name was just as i was born, then the create character and then suddenly 'one year later' popped up when the dad just said 'it's a boy!'. The walking animation is fine, it's just that the character just almost doesn't speak since it's so fast, when i chat with other people, the people are still saying something but the dialogue box just went to the next conversation in an instant, like when someone says ' Okay, ..." the box instantly goes to me choosing what to say. Cutscene and Dialogues all the same, i have been trying many fixes but none of them worked.

This is also happening to my Fallout: New Vegas too and i don't know what the cause is, it worked fine 1 year earlier with the same laptop as i'am using right now. Any suggestions / fixes?
