I've had this missing texture problem for almost a year and I cannot find what the problem is so I can fix the texture path myself.... any ideas?

Are you using multiple mods that alter Snow/Ice.

I'm trying to find whatever .nif that missing texture belongs to, so I can fix the path, but I've never found it.

Parallax stuff was the problem. I've fixed it now.
