I recently went on a Fiend killing spree and in the process acquired a "Disassembled Weapons Shipment" thats worth around 5000 caps. I also was surprised to find that for each little group of Fiends there were, there was a leader who after killing, you were able to loot his HEAD off his body. I coundnt sell either of them to regular store owners (Novac gift shop guy and Old Lady Gibson). Perhaps its all part of a mission im not yet aware of?
