So I got a few of the dlcs and wanted to finish a few quests to get achievements.

ill first say this is for the Xbox 360 console version, NOT PC!

I have completed the quest Arrow of Extrication, and completed the next fenced 800.

I am then told to wait for Amusei, and I do so at the waterfront of the main city (forgot the name of it).

I wait and wait and wait, he never shows. I wait in different locations of the city, nothing. I try sleeping, still nothing.

The quest marker is pointing to Fathis ules.. and he wont talk to me due to me not siding with him during a earlier quest. (he wont move to imperial city)

so I did some hunting, and found Amusei stuck in the corner of Leyawiin prison behind the door(in the room that has jail cells).

when speaking to him, he wont say anything or update my quest line..

maybe im missing something?

From all I have looked up online, this seems to be a issue when Joining the guild (thus preventing you to join altogether).

But I have already made it to nearly the end of the quest line.

any help or ideas??

Correction! I have completed the spring heel jack quest. Its the final quest im never contacted for.
