Very interesting, tecknomage. Since creating my guide (the link is in my sig, below), any post dealing with maps tends to catch my eye! I don't have a copy of the Morrowind Prophecies myself, but for anyone that does have it I suppose it could be helpful to make a map note at each location that references the guide, using your PDF as a tool to quickly find the page and map reference numbers. That's kind of a convoluted sentence, isn't it? Let me try an example instead.
Say you're wandering the countryside, and you stumble on to Ramimilk. If you could get the location's name (from a door and/or the mini-map), you could then look for it in the list of map pages and references you made. Then you could make a map note wherever it works best for you that said something like, "Map Page 40, Map Ref 93". Then, anytime you were in that area you could quickly reference the Morrowind Prophecies page for that location without even having to remember it's name (as long as your map note showed up properly... details for that are in my guide!)
Anyway, I saw your post and gave it a little thought. This came to mind, so I thought I'd throw it out there. Good work on your list; I'm sure that took some time!
