A day or two ago, I had a problem in my load order where the game was working fine, but when I tried to open the perk tree screen, and only when I try that certain part of the game, the FPS went WAY WAY down. It took about 2 or 3 minutes for the screen to show up in its entirety. So here is my LOOT order...can anyone figure out the causation of this retardation of my perk tree screen?
