I know of Akatosh, Alduin, Auri-el, and Ruptga. are there more? Im not sure if Alkosh counts, as im unsure if Alkosh is the same or different from Akatosh.

I can't think of any others off the top of my head, but Alkosh indeed counts. Something to bear in mind with the gods in TES is a lot of what they are is conceptual. Akatosh, Auri-El, Alkosh, etc. are all the same being, just under different names and sometimes slightly differing spheres, what matters is the concept that's being worshipped. A giant dragon or bird or something that controls time.
