Most Redguards seem to have kinda old-fashioned English games. Kinda like Afro-Americans or Caribbeans. Then you find some with Arab/African/Persian-like names, especially in Skyrim. There are no gender-specific prefixes that I know of.
No gender specific pronouns and no surnames generally. And by and large they don't have suffixes like the Nords do. They can have pretty long names though. Frandar Hunding's full name was Frandar do Hunding Hel Ansei No Shira. We break it down like this: Frandar [given name] do Hunding [from/of Hunding (province of his birth)] Hel Ansei [title as Sword Saint] No Shira [title identifying him as nobility].
