Dude man ..I love finding stuff,I just started a new character (3rd) and treasure hunting takes precedence over any questeline.

So I found several, long threads under the General Discussion forum which focus on hidden treasure. Just search for 'easter eggs' and you'll see everything that's been posted about the littel goodies stashed all over Skyrim (and Solstheim, presumably).
